Gates open at 5pm

Card and Cash payments will be accepted.

Children must be accompanied at all times.
​​​The Club Lounge, Snooker, Darts and Skittle Alley will be closed from 4pm.​
​Display will start at 6:30pm
The family package includes 2 adults and 2 children.

Are you hosting Bonfire Night on the 5th ?
- Yes, Bonfire Night at The Fairwater Conservative Club will be held on Tuesday 5th of November 2024

How much are tickets?
- Single Adult : £6, Single Child : £4, Family package 'Family of 4' (2 Adult and 2 child) £15
​
What is the age limit for a child ticket?
- The child ticket is for children 15 years old or younger. Children 16 years old or older must purchase an adult ticket. Children under 5 go free and do not count towards the family package.

How many are in the family package ticket?
- 2 adults and 2 children.
​
Is there OAP discount?
- No, there are no discounts given to anyone.
​
Is there food being sold?
- Yes, food will be sold from 5pm as soon as the gates open from the food hatch only. There will be a menu visible and a veggie option available. Food will be served until everything is sold out.

Can I pre-book?
- No, tickets will be sold on arrival only. There will be seperate queues for card payment and cash payment upon entry through the front gates (Ely Road)

When does the club open for the event?
- The gates on Ely road will open from 5pm. The car park will not be available, it will be walk in only.

When do the fireworks begin, and how long will the display last?
- The display will begin at 6:30pm and last for an estimated 1-hour.

How many bars are open?
- In total there will be 2 bars open. Members will have access to the churchill bar, public will have access to the function suite bar.
The inside bars are fully stocked with card and cash payments accepted.

What time do the bars open?
- The bars shall be open for all attendees from 5pm and the last orders, in line with the clubs licensed hours of 11pm.

Will there be hot drinks?
- Yes, we will be selling hot chocolate only from the hatch where the food is served only. The hatch is located on the side of the building not far from the entry point.

Will food be available to purchase on the evening?
- Yes, food will be available from 5pm as soon as the gates open from the food hatch only. All food options are subject to availability.

Both card and cash are accepted when purchasing food.

Can I bring in my own food and/or drink?
- No food or drink will be allowed to be brought onto the premises. If caught, these items will be taken of his/hers person.

Are you doing pizzas from the bar?
- No the only food available are burgers, hotdogs and curry.
​
Is it plastic cups only?
- Yes, from 5pm only plastic cups can be served and used for the remainder of the evening.

Is the whole club open from 5pm?
- The club's main lounge, snooker, dart, and skittle alley will all be closed from 4pm and locked. The only access inside the building for all attendees will be the function suite (main bar) and the churchill bar (members only) Toilets are open in the function room and in our lower function room along side the skittle alley.

Is the car park open?
- The car park will be closed to everyone on the 5th. All cars in the car park before 3pm will need to be moved by its owner.

Is there disabled parking access?
- We have limited spaces for disabled parking so please contact us beforehand to reserve a space.

Will there be outside seating available?
- No, except for the designated disability seating / zone.
​
Will the event still go ahead if its raining?
- Yes, unless otherwise directed by the committee. An update will be posted on all of our socials if any decision is made.

Will the club be selling sparklers on the night?
- No

Are dogs allowed on the premises?
- No

Will there be a certified first aid individual(s) present on the premises?
